各位老师，我目前在等公司的140，不过有个问题突然在我的脑海中出现。。。
还望各位老师的指导
人的perm是1月下来，那么他需要去年的公司tax return，另外perm是6个月有效期；等到4月份公司没有提交tax return，而是提交了extension，要等到10月，那么perm也会过期。。。
-Just provide the previous tax return and any other financial statements and file the I-140 after the PERM approval. If USCIS ask more information later, just provide it when available.
而前年的tax return，好像也不能用。
不知道老师们有没有什么好的办法？
可以解决这个问题？
