在网上搜到以前有同学H4过期10个月，最后说是据皮老师建议采用了"nunc pro tunc" 进行解决，不知您对这个"nunc pro tunc"有了解吗？
-Only a few case of can work using "nuc pro tunc" and if it does not work, your spouse will illegally stay for > 180 days. So, you do not want to be risky, do you? Of course if she was unlawfully present for > 180 days, she would use "nunc pro tunc" because she had no choice in this case (she will be subjected to 3- or 10-year bar if she leaves US in this case).

能否适用于我，刚查了下机票，回国不易啊！
-It does not matter to go to China a couple of weeks later.
