请问8老师，皮匠，或其他大侠：
 

我的一个朋友最近刚和美国公民结婚，她的J1签证到期了，已经回国。请问她是否要在国内呆两年才能出来，还是可以直接叫她老公给她办绿卡很快就可以出来？

-Yes. But her spouse can file I-130 for her first (this process may take about one year), and then she can apply for the immigration visa in China after she stays in China for two years.
