本人在递140时,选了CP.  现排期将到(还有几个月), 收到NVC付款通知.
请问老师:  付款后, 待到排期真的到时, 还能选485吗?
-Yes, you can file I-485 if you are physically present in US when your PD is current.

如能选485,现付的CP处理费, 能退吗?
-No.
