H1B transfer

我现在持有 H1B (Cap exempt) 工作在一家 non-profit 公司。 如果我找到一家private (profit) 公司， 他们能马上帮我transfer non-profit H1B to profit H1B? 还是他们必须等到明年4月1日才可以。 在线立等回答。
