Can I apply greencard for my sister

My sister has her own business in China, and she recently wants to apply immigration to Canada. This means she needs to leave in Canada alone (divorced) if the application is successful. I am US citizen, and want to apply greencard for her, so she can live with my family or at least nearby. Could someone here tell me if I can apply greecard for her and how long it will take to get it?
