我父母在４月底拿到绿卡，现在打算申请医疗卡。我的问题是，他们将来是打算转公民的。如果领了救济，是否会对以后转公民有负面影响？
-Medical is for California State residents and if your parents are qualified for it, it should be fine for them to get it. The insurance is not cash assistance, so it will not affect the US citizenship application in the future.
