请教各位老师: 父母有绿卡，但是4年前回国后，由于意想不到的原因，未能在一年内返美，现想父母再来美，他们的绿卡还能用吗？

-No. Their green card have been void.


如果他们的绿卡已过期，还有其他途经来美吗？

-Because their overstay in China is too long, it is difficult for them to get  the SB-1 visa. So, they may just go to the US Consulate to abandon their green card, and then apply for the B2 visa to enter US. If they want to get the green card again, you may sponsor them all over again.
