回复：各位老师帮忙485 笔误得到RFE, 请教如何回复?

先填的表,党员选的no, 后来想象还是加上然后附上说明, 但是忘记改成yes, 所以双双被rfe, 要求说明为什么前后矛盾.
 

表是断断续续照顾娃的时间填的,没有检查就交上去了.

怎么回复能让io相信是笔误?
