是去原居住地的派出所吗？因我出国已有二十年，户口早以吊销了，去出生的医院?医院已搬牵。请过来人指点！
-Just talk to the 派出所 or 街道委员会 to issue a the 证明, then go to do the 公证. In China, everything is possible, so just try.
