Immigrant Visa ?

请问各位老师，本人持加拿大护照，最近通过移民律师办好了 I140（NIW EB２）。现在想回中国工作。我的移民律师告诉我 "it does not affect your approved NIW I-140.  While in China, you apply for an immigrant visa within a year once your priority date becomes current. ". 我想知道的是 immigrant visa 在中国容易签吗？大致需要什么样的材料？
