1.绿卡持回美证回国工作超过6个月，还可以入籍吗？
-It is still possible if your stay in China is < one year. If your stay is > one year continuously (not accumulated, your physical presence continuity will be disrupted and thus, you are not qualified for the N-400 filing at this time.

 

2.应该如实填 “回国工作1年吗？”
-Tell the truth.
