回复：关于小孩入籍问题

我是结婚移民，去年2月我和我儿子一起申请入籍，我在6月就获批准，我儿来美是2年cr2 签证，去年才15岁，在申请时绿卡还没到期，我没申请转长期绿卡，直接带他一起申请入籍，

到去年7月我打电话给移民局问我儿的申请情况，移民局给我回信说正在审批中，要等60天，结果到12月还没消息，我又打电话问，又回信，说再等60天，直拖到前几天来信说我儿子的申请拒绝了，理由是我美籍太太没有办我儿的收养手续，要上诉的话要在30天内进行。


现在我儿的绿卡也过期了，

在这种情况下我是上诉还是再从新为他申请入籍，哪种方便？填哪种表格？
-Only you become a US citizen, then your child will automatically becomes a US citizen or he can apply for the US citizenship by himself after he turns 18 years old.
