我已入籍， 现在要给女儿申请公民纸， 填写N600时候发现除了递交女儿的出生证明还需要递交我本人和老公的出生证明，但是我们那时候医院根本没有提供什么出生证明。
 

请教： 这个必须要提交吗，

如果要，我们应该到哪里去拿？
-"出生证明公证" is OK as most Mainland China-born people do all the time for their green card application.
