我是带着儿子办的EB-1, 律师让我付了810刀的immigrant application fee. USCIS网站上的相关费用似乎有好几种，我也搞不清楚到底应该是哪个。还请8老师指点。
-I don't know what kind of fee is $810 in your case. Your I-485 filing fee is $1070 and your child I-485 is $635 if both of you file I-485 together. If you have not filed I-140 yet, you need to file I-140 together with the I-485, then pay the I-140 fee of $580 also. That is all of the fee to USCIS for green card application in your case.
