我的律师要我的All copies of immigration documents including all Forms I-797
approval notices, OPT, Forms .      移民局有这个要求吗?

我可以只提供最后一张 I-797  AND  I-94?

-You need to provide all the status proof since your last entry to US. For example, if you visited China and re-entered US on April 30, 2013 using H-1 visa, then you only need to provide the copy of the H-1 approval notice and the I-94 you just got on April 30 at the port of entry and the copy of the H-1 visa on your passport, nothing else.
