回复：h1b unpaid leave 问题

请问老师，我的h1b现在在一家小公司，快没钱了。如果unpaid leave， 可以多长时间呢？或者我unpaid leave 一段时间，去找工作，如果没找到，再回来with pay 一段时间。这个公司的头说随我。他们不会主动向报告h1b失效的。我现在的niw已批，h1b最长可以延到2017. 但是140 PD 是2012年初，所以排期还要一段时间。现在的问题是h1b unpaid leave 最长可以多久呢？
