只要我没有待超过180天，我可以签证回来的吧？

-Yes. I suggest you to use premium processing to get the H-1 results within 15 days (normally it takes about one week) and then, if the H-1 approval has no I-94, then you can go to China to get the H-1 visa. If it has I-94, you just work and file your I-485 within US. So, talk to your H-1 lawyer as soon as posssible. The premium processing filing fee is $1,225.
 

如果万一h1b被declined,
-The H-1 will not be denied, but the approval may has no I-94 (that mean you don't have status).
