Questions on marriage GC, help

I filed I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 in NYC two weeks ago. I have a few questions:
1. Receipt: how long will it take me to get my receipt?
2. EAD and AP: what is the estimte processing time in NYC? Is there any way for me to expedite my requests? Since my working visa(TN visa) will be expired very soon.
3. Pilot program for marriage green card: is it sitll available? I heard it only take three months to get interview, true?
