今天去USCIS local office办emergency AP，但是他们说只有I-485 Pending 超过90天才免申请费，不管是一般的还是emergency，现在办都得交钱。这对不对？
-Not true. That IO may not understand your case. I-485 based AP or EAD application is always free no matter when you apply for it because the I-485 filing fee has included this fee.
