one more question - mom greencard application

About form I864: We do have filed Federal Tax return for 2012. I also requested IRS transcript. Today I got one mail from IRS, saying: they were unable to provide the transcript.

I guess it is because it is just past April 15. Still too early for IRS?

We do have IRS transcripts for 2011, 2010, and 2009.

Is it possible for me to attach the following with I864
1. the letter from IRS (saying IRS was unable to provide the transcript;
2. our 1040 for 2012 submitted to IRS?

Or any suggestions? Do I need to request IRS transcript again?
