公司要和别的公司merge, 现在的公司名称很快要消失。公司将用一个新的名称，税号什么的也都将不同， 地址不变，请问这将如何影响我的H1

-Not affect the H-1 and do nothing for the H-1. Just extend your H1 before the current expires using the new company name.


还有已经在process 中的Eb2 申请（140 已批，485 未递). 多谢多谢！
-Your new company needs to file an I-140 amendment to take over the old approved I-140.
