下面是8老师给我的回答，关于未婚兄弟I-130需要的材料。 上个月他刚结婚，我需要加一些资料吗？ 还是只要加他结婚的资料在130表格上就可以了。 


-Read the I-130 instructions to file I-130. Then, wait for NVC to contact you for other documents a few years later aftere I-130 approval.



  • Form I-130 Petition for an Alien Relative

  • Check or money order, payment for filing fee

  • Evidence of petitioner’s U.S. citizenship, such as: birth certificate, U.S. passport, naturalization certificate

  • Copies of petitioner’s and beneficiary’s birth certificates, showing the name(s) of at least one common parent

  • Evidence of legal name change of either petitioner or beneficiary, if this has occurred
