持B2签证。签证到期必须回国吗？
-Yes unless he changes his status to another long term status such as H-1b, etc.

他回国需耍办什么证件吗如果再来美国？
-No.


因为要等十几年，这期间回国来美该办哪些手续呢?
-Just apply for B2 visa again. Try to convince the VO that he will return to US after the short visit.
