The score of Master and Doctor should be same according to "Obtained a master’s or Ph.D. and completed at least 17 years of full-time education or full-time equivalent studies".

But never try to lie or hide something (also lie), that doesn't work here although it does the only way to survival in China, sooner or later you will have to pay for that.
