今天收到律师的消息，H1B 中签了。现在的问题是延期到9月30号的OPT至今还没有消息（3月中旬已经收到reciept, 但USCIS 上查询不到任何信息），原来的OPT5月中旬到期。
 


 

请问会影响我的H1b 的批准吗？
 

-No. By the way, because your H-1中签, you can continue to work until Oct. 1 no matter whether your new OPT application is pending, denied or approved unless your H-1 is denied.
