回复：孩子回国签证问题

父母中国护照，美国绿卡，孩子美国出生，有美国护照。以前持旅行证回过国。现准备申请签证回中国。需要国内邀请函申请探亲，旅游签证吗？

-Because your child was born before you got the green card, the Chinese Government consider your child is a Chinese citizen, and thus, he/she should apply for the 旅行证回国 as he/she did before, not a visa.

再问，上次旅行证有效期至六月五日。五月十七曰国能用吗？在国内呆三月可吗？非常感谢！

-He/she had better apply for  a new 旅行证. If he/she uses the old one, he/she needs to apply for extension of  his/her stay within China.
