在毕业前找到工作，申请了七个月的pre-OPT, 将于5月24日到期，在这之前以答辩，将于5月16毕业。在3月中旬递交了后5个月的post-OPT的申请，并收到了reciept. 但在USCIS网站上查询，没有任何记录。打电话询问，说收到receipt 45天后才能查询。

公司以根据我的reciept, 给我申请了H1B，这种情况应该给公司律师说吗？
-The lawyer may have know it because you provided the receipt to him/her for H-1 filing.
