考古了老贴，旧TN的I94不Expired就可以继续在旧公司工作。可是在边境申请新TN的时候Visa officer要收走我的旧94啊，拿到新TN和新I94就没有旧I94了。我必须拿到新TN才敢通知现在的公司两周以后辞职，因为没完全把握能拿到新TN。拿到新 TN后的两周怎么继续在现在公司工作呢?

-Let your new employer to indicate in the offer letter that your work start date will be the date after two weeks later, then ask the IO to set the new I-94 exffective date on your work start date. Thus, they may not take your old I-94 away.
