Hi Teacher 8:

I am a U.S. Citizen. To apply for greencard for my parent, do I need to

1. submit I130 first, get its approval, then submit I485 for my parent?
-Not have to.

2. or I can submit I130 and I485 and all other documents together, because there is no visa limitation?
-Yes.
