非常感谢回复! 这样说他们就是legal 的。另外母亲身体不好，若将来某天父亲一个人申请探亲签证，那么他们这次在美时间算是超过一年吗?
June 2012 (第一次入境了) 至 march 2013 ( cruise for 5 days ) --- total 8 months
March 2013 至Aug 2013 离美回国 --- total 5 months
那么他们在美时间算13 months or 5 months? 若算13 months是否将来签证麻烦? 希望留他们再多住4个月，犹豫中…
