I am US Citizen, my girl-friend has a tourist visa, can come to USA for a week to get married in USA, then plan to leave USA and I will start the marriage green card application for her with the USA marriage certificate, any issue with such a process ?

-Then, she only can apply for the immigration visa (green card visa) outside US e.g. China (if she lives there).
