我为父母申请绿卡， 我们住在 San Jose， California. 离我们最近的USCIS 办公室是在San Jose， 但是申请材料是寄到 Chicago, Illinos. 那 I-130 表 22 项 是填 San Jose， California 还是 Chicago, Illinos 哪？
