我的孩子，就要出生在加拿大了。我们夫妻二人，都是绿卡。我听说，婴儿两岁以内，首次随绿卡母亲，进入美国，可以豁免签证。婴儿可以自动，获得绿卡。

 

不知道，从加拿大入境美国的入关手续，是如何办理的？孩子的入境绿卡，应该如何办理？需要准备哪些文件，才能获准这样的入境绿卡？

 

我们打算，今年五月，就去美国。准备材料，还需要等待-----审批的时间。所以，特急。求助。

特急问询-----------如何办理，刚刚出生婴儿的入境绿卡？其母亲，持有绿卡多年。

-I don't know whether your child will be a Canadian citizen. If yes, just bring his/her Canadian passport, his/her birth certificate, your green card, two your child's photos, and show all of these documents to the CBP officer at the port of entry, then they will issue the US permanent resident (green card) status to your child there.

If your child is not a Canadian citizen and you and your child will fly to US, just bring the same documents above,  but your child needs to get the transportation letter from the US Embassy/Consulate in Canada to board the airplane. But if you plan to drive to US, not need this transportation letter.
