8老师， 非常感谢上一次您的及时回复。 我目前还有一些问题想麻烦您一下

1. 我持错误的EAD/AP卡回国后， 可不可以签 H-4 回来 （我先生的H-1B在有效期，不过他一月份用过AP入境）

-Because he used AP to enter US, his status is not H-1b by this time though he can use the H1 benefits to work, and thus you can not apply for the H-4 visa.

 

2. 我去驻中国的大使馆签H-4的话，有什么需要注意的地方吗？

 

3. 如果我持H-4回来，还需要做什么交代给移民局吗？ （可能会有H-4，EAD同时在有效期）
