先谢过8老师. 明白 illegal stay.

听说在这种情况下, 已不是自愿离开, 而会被 order to deport , 能否请您帮助核实解释一下 ?

-After USCIS deny your I-485, they will request you to leave US (not deport you), whether you leave or not is up to you. But if you are catched by police,CBP or ICE, etc., you will be deported. By the way, illegal stay is serious (I think you should know the consequence).
