请问：父母曾持B2签证逾期1年后离开美国，现居住在国内。目前本人可以提出公民申请。请问是否还可以给父母申请绿卡？如果可以，父母是否还可以顺利入境，难度有多大？


-They have to stay in China for at least 10 years from the date they left US so that they can apply for non-immigration or immigration visa (green card) to reenter US.
