请教大家， 帮我看看我的I-485 Case

我刚才发了一封，可是没有看到，我怕不成功，就上来再发一封。我曾经上来问过大家。原来我先生帮我交了一份485， 是EB3的。2011 年底我的Ｉ-140 （公司给我办的）EB2 优先日到了，我让律师RELINK 我的文件，等了两个半月，就给一张notice，再后来， 律师又写了一封信给USCIS，USCIS回了一封信， 大意是这样：

“ The status of this service request is:

Although the current visa bulletin indicates the applicant is eligible to adjust based on the published priority dates, demand for EB2 numbers has increased dramatically during recent months, and at a much faster rate than had been expected based on the rapid forward movement of the cut-off data. Therefore, it was been necessary to retrogress the China/India EB2 category in an attempt to hold number use within annual limit, and maintain availability for those countries which have not yet reached their per-country limit. …”

这封信上有我的 ReferralＩＤ，　这四月的排期出来了，我的优先日又到了，这次，想请教大家，我该怎么做？　我可不可以根据这个 Referral ＩＤ写邮件给ＮＳＣ？我可不可以自己写信去问，律师做，总要等。还有我是不是得等到4月才可以写信？

因为优先日倒退，我又等了一年多，请大家给我出出主意。　谢谢！

I have one I-485 pending with my hu*****and (he is principal, EB3 and 485 was filed before Jul2007). Now my EB2 485 filing is current. What I could do are:

1. File another 485. (cost is not the issue, my company will take care of it).

2. Relink (transferring, interfiling).

My question is: of these two procedures, which one is quicker?

-Relink is much quicker because the I-485 has been pending for a long time and not need to wait in line and do background check from beginning.
