EAD/AP combo卡renew填表问题2个

485pending, now need to renew combo card, will mail both I-765 and I-131 together

I-765 第15项 Current Immigration Status 应该怎么填？上次申请的时候还是学生OPT期间，是跟着LD的485申请的，OPT结束后就用了EAD工作。现在应该算什么身份？Adjust of Status？

I-131 第3项 Class of Admission 上次填的是F-1 Student，现在还是Student吗？
