我们刚收到绿卡, 但绿卡说resident since 2008, 这是我的PD日.离2008已经五年多了.

-That is a mistake. Check your card expiraton date to see whether it is 10 years from now, if no, you need to file I-90 to get the replacement (no filing fee in this case).

我老婆能递交公民申请了吗?
