Chances are little.
Either get a pardon from immigration judge, which is very difficult, or after 3 to 10 years non-admittable penalty.
They could be arrested and deported when you apply GC for them.
If they are out of status less than 1 year, I suggest they leave US voluntary. Then you can try to apply GC for them after 3 years.
