2. I-140 with current company已批1年多，current H1 15年初过期， 如果现在transfer, 能在拿到3年的H1 吗？

还是只能到15年初而已。
3.假如1成立。可以要现任公司不withdrawl, 新公司file 1-140以后，是不是也可以继续使用现在的priority date 而不用重新排队-
