my case was: filed two I-140 (EB1A and NIW) in 10/02 and I-485 a week later. since there was no case# back at all, i don't think the I-485 really referred to which I-140 application. early this year, the EB1A got approved and I-485 got approved a month later. so far for now, still haven't heard anything regarding NIW. I guess it was dropped.

what did you mean 附带? concurrently doesn't mean all-in-one file. you can just simply file it separately.

i think you should be fine. did you get AP, EAD and fingerprint, all those I-485 related stuff? they have your A#, you should be fine.
