请问各位老师，本人EB２,１４０已办完，等待４８５排期.公司relocation我到另一工作地点，并升职，但工作内容不变,现在公司HR通知我必须重办PERM和１４０,不知对否,望指教，谢！

-If your employer agree you to come back to work in the original location and for the originalposition after you get the green card (give you such letter if you get the RFE), you do not need to do it again. Otherwise, your company need to do it all over again as they plan.
