老师，再follow up几个问题 - 本人目前可以申请公民，但由于有海归计划想暂时搁置一下。有如下疑问：

1. 如果想在6月份左右回国，并且居留>1 year <2 years, 是否目前就需要办理re-entry permit?

-Yes. If you stay outside US for > one year without RP, your green card is void automatically unless there is the factor you can not control to prevent you from return on time.

2. 如果想在6月份左右回国，但只居留小于半年的时间，是否不需要办理re-entry permit?

-Correct.

3. 公民申请是否只能在美国境内完成？

-Yes.

 可以通过在美驻华使馆吗？

-No.

 另外，N400对在美天数的计算上，您可以给解释一下吗？ 我是通过配偶申请的绿卡，在过去3年内除了休假回国都在美国本土生活工作。想知道如果回国后想入籍，最晚什么时候必须要做出决定。

-As long as your continuous stay in China each time was < 180 days, you will be fine. Also, you need to live in US with total 18 months in the past three years if your spouse is a US citizen.
