-No limit, but if you continue to renew it without convincing reason, they may not approve it.

2. 如果我想永久海归，是否说只要每次在re-entry permit到期前回美国重新申请就肯定能保持绿卡吗？

还是说这仍旧不保险，长期来讲要不放弃绿卡，要不入美国籍？

3. 另外，re-entry permit办理期间是否人必须在美国境内？

-After you do the fingerprinting, you can leave US.

 申请大约需多长时间？

-about one to two months for the fingerprinting.
