还是朋友为父母申请绿卡的事 -
1）朋友的父亲退休前是公务员（退休13年了），党员。如果绿卡申请被拒，会不会影响以后拿B2签证来美探亲？
-I think so. But 党员 does not affect the immigation as long as he write a statement (google for sample letter).
2）他父亲的绿卡申请如果延误或被拒，会不会影响他母亲的绿卡申请？
-Irrelevant.
3）绿卡申请，需在国内的公证机关准备他父母的无犯罪记录公证吗？
-Not need it if they are in US to file I-485.
4）我的朋友不工作，他的配偶工作。需不需要准备他和配偶的结婚公证？
-Yes if he needs to use his wife's income (family income) for the sponsor.
5）老人拿到绿卡后，几年可以成为公民？
-At least five years.
拿到公民后是不是就可以享受medicare或其它的健康保险了？
-I think so, but not very sure.
