他们有绿卡，没有ID。

似乎绝大多数银行都要求美国公民身份，-Not true at all.

 

至少要有ID。

-They just bring their green card to the local DMV office to apply for the ID (not driver license). Then, go to the bank to apply for the ATM card if they ahve teh account there. Some bank also accept the passport for the ATM application.

请问哪个银行能够办理？多谢。
