我母亲签证已过期，在美逗留期限是3月18号，现在我想带她去坐加勒比海邮轮。可是她无法再入境。

原先想直接从最后一个PORT飞回国，这样就不用入境美国。可是即使这样，她还是需要美国TRANSIT visa 因为要在美国转机。母亲非常想去坐邮轮，年纪大了，也不知道下次何时再来美。

不知道有没有什么解决办法？

-One possible soluation is that your mother may get a Canadian/Mexico visa from the Canadian/Mexico visa to enter Canada/Mexico, then go 加勒比海 from there. Then, she can return to US from Canada/Mexico within one month before the I-94 expires (March 18) using her I-94. Then, go to China from US. Of course, this is not convenient.

 

在美国国内申请 transit visa 麻烦吗？

-This visa can not be applied for within US and have to be applied for in a US Consulate outside US.
