Sorry I can not type chinese here. Please give me some suggestions.

I am considering Canadian immigration for skilled worker. My situation is:

I have a master degree. Enrolled in Ph.D program but left school without finishing thesis. Then worked for 9 months.

As for me, which is better, to hire a lawyer to do the application for me, or apply by myself?
